Mental Health Evaluation

Mental health evaluations help professionals assess clients’ condition, which leads to creating a diagnosis. The process usually involves interviews and tests, depending on the symptoms that are being observed and evaluated. Upon the creation of the diagnosis, the professional then creates a treatment plan, indicating treatment modalities that may be used to address the condition. As treatment and sessions continue, further evaluations may be done to determine progress. It may also be conducted even after the treatment process to determine if there is a recurrence of symptoms.
